In 2008, a new web agency appeared in the digital world. Created by Michel Demari and Patrick Morin in Mauritius, Esokia has grown well since its creation and can aim for the digital group title now. The arrival of Denis Lacour (ex Publicis) at the headquarters of the company in 2014 has accelerated its development.

Esokia internationally

2016 left a mark on the history of the company with its international development and the creation of two new production centers in Serbia and Costa Rica. From a 40 people team in Mauritius, Esokia counted in 2016 120 collaborators in 3 production centers. The same year, the digital group also established a commercial presence in Paris. 

Esokia and Orange

The development continues and many projects are received. Even though Esokia is attached to Mauritian projects, the company is focusing more on other continents. In 2016, the group was chosen to help Orange in their digital strategy in Africa and to create the portal Starafrica.com and its 3 websites: Orange Football ClubOrange Music Club, and Entrepreneur Club. This was a real challenge for Mauritian team who had to guarantee the well-functioning of the website and particularly for Orange Football Club which will be giving live matches results during the upcoming CAN 2017. More than 80 000 internet users visit the website every day. 

Esokia in 2017

At the beginning of the year, Esokia was chosen by an important financial organization in Mauritius to remodel its website. A challenge for this new year that our Mauritian team has already started working on. 

Esokia also welcomes the high demand of international clients. In January, the group sets up in Madagascar by buying its partner Externalis IT! Laure Saint Olive has become the new Managing Director of Esokia Madagascar with ambition to develop this production center. 

In 8 years, Esokia established itself in the competitive area of digital agencies and digital groups thanks to its expertise in websites and mobile app development. Recognized in Mauritius, the group is now focusing on international and hopes to continue its ascent. Its Mauritian agency offers to help companies in their web marketing strategy and actions. A new goal to commit to!
