We are constantly evolving at Esokia! We are continuously growing since our creation 13 years ago and we offer great career opportunities to our employees. With expert coaching, they are guided and trained while working on innovative projects. These are large-scale projects for start-ups, as well as major local and international companies.
In addition, we periodically send our talents on missions at our clients’ companies. For example, two members of our team in Mauritius, Matthieu and Tolotra, flew to France in early March 2022.
These developers were on assignment with our clients GAC Technology and Teliae. This gave the latter the opportunity to meet their project leads in person and to consolidate the collaboration between their company and our digital agency. This also gave our talents the opportunity to get to know our clients better, to set up the next steps of their projects with them, and broaden their horizons by traveling.
GAC
GAC Technology is a company specializing in fleet and asset management software, namely Gac Car Fleet, Gac Fine Fleet, Gac Immo Fleet and Gac Telecom Fleet.
Since August 2018, Esokia has been responsible for the evolution and maintenance of GAC's internal applications and tools. For example, Gac-Report, their core application, facilitating fleet management of vehicles, real estate and telecommunications.
To support this client, we use the following technologies: PHP, Zend, Symfony, Elasticsearch and Sass; and we apply the Agile/Scrum/Kanban. methodology. A whole team at Esokia has been following these projects for 4 years, including 5 developers (3 based in Mauritius and 2 in Madagascar).
As the technical lead, Matthieu has been working with GAC in Lyon. While being there, he built stronger bonds with their team and worked within their environment.

Teliae
Teliae is a publisher of IT solutions for the transport and logistics industry.
Esokia has been the IT manager for this company since October 2020. We have integrated functionalities in the logistics management system of this customer, Telicarrier. We are also handling the integration requests of new carriers in this system, incorporating the technical specificities of each of them, in terms of logistics.
As the technical lead, Tolotra carried out his mission at Teliae, in the company's premises in Taluyers. In the continuity of this assistance over 2 years and ongoing, the customer wished to reinforce the links between their staff and their dedicated team at Esokia. The IT management is carried out by 1 team lead, 2 developers (1 based in Mauritius and 1 in Madagascar) and 1 QA tester.
Tolotra received training from Teliae to increase his understanding of their system and their evolution objectives. He also participated in the implementation of an organizational framework according to the Agile methodology, with the aim of optimizing the support of further developments for this customer.
