SBM is the second largest bank in Mauritius island with subsidiaries in Madagascar, India and Kenya.
We were responsible for creating and developing a new website, making base of their digital transformation plan, generating leads, transforming the bank's image internally and externally, and digitizing key business processes.
The challenge has been to transform the paper form into a smart and intuitive digital form.
The result was a traffic multiplied by 3!
